You retain ownership of all fitness data you enter into the App. We store it securely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
ENYX is a fitness tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injury or health issue resulting from use of the App.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
All content, design, and code in the App is owned by H-G, s.r.o. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the App without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H-G, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
