This Privacy Policy describes how H-G, s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and stores information when you use the ENYX mobile application ("App").

We collect the following information when you use the App:

• Account information: email address and name provided during sign-up or Google Sign-In.
• Fitness data: workout sessions, exercises, sets, weights, reps, and body weight entries you log in the App.
• Usage data: crash reports and error logs collected via Sentry to improve app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and sync your fitness data across devices.
• To authenticate you via email or Google Sign-In.
• To diagnose technical issues and improve the App.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase – database and authentication (supabase.com)
• Google Sign-In – optional authentication method
• Sentry – crash and error reporting (sentry.io)
• Expo / EAS – app delivery and over-the-air updates
• RevenueCat – subscription and in-app purchase management (revenuecat.com). RevenueCat receives a unique user identifier and purchase/subscription status to manage your entitlements.
• Apple App Store – payment processing for subscriptions and purchases made through the App.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the services listed above or as required by law.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at app.enyx@gmail.com.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at app.enyx@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
